Principal

Jeff Mackey, CPA has a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University, 15 years experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals and over six years of hands on accounting experience. Jeff worked in Arthur Andersen’s tax department as a tax staff and tax senior from 1988 to 1992. After leaving Andersen, Jeff worked as a controller for startup companies for two years. Jeff began his staffing career with the Houston office of a national organization and co-founded Mackey & Tanner in 2001. Outside of recruiting, Jeff enjoys coaching youth baseball, modern art, and live music.
